The staff couldn't be more helpful at this hotel, we had the loveliest stay and even ended up extending for an extra night. The hotel is right on the beach front and offers free kayaks. There is also a pool with slides too. The rooms are super clean and they provide beach towels and bags for guests to use. It is in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Seemed very family friendly too.

All in one it is a beautiful resort with super service and very clean! We were really happy with the breakfast and the cleaning service in the room! If you like adventure or to go out at night, it is not the right thing for you, because there are only a few restaurants. Not more. And if you like a beautiful beach with turquise water, this is the wrong place for you as well. The water isn't beautiful at all.

It was a fantastic resort. We came here after we stayed in Phuket and we wanted some relaxation. The resort can provide everything. We got picked up from the ferry (400 BAHT for 2 persons). And we were checked in with a welcome drink. The room was clean, and everything you need is provided (beach bag - I used it al lot, beach towels, slippers etc). The breakfast was delicious and royal. There are enough beach beds or beds near the pool. You can get a drink all day long at the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is well taken care of! I would recommend to rent a scooter around the corner, to see the island in one afternoon. It’s worth it and the locals are super friendly.

The worst management in the world. Lazy, rude, incompetent. “If you don’t like it here take your things and get out” that what you will hear when asked for refound due to the terrible toilet like smell in the pool access rooms. In restaurant it is impossible to get hold of the waiter. We will get the hell out of here as soon as our agent will get our money back. Not the Thai hospitality you are looking forward to. Avoid at all costs. As soon as you will encounter a problem they will insist on kicking you out. Unprecedented Otherwise a new, good looking hotel, a bit crowded.

The worst service I’ve met ever. Rude, lazy and incompetent. It’s all about the attitude. We arrived at the hotel and nobody greats us. Then they could not find our booking, next they arranged us at a wrong room. When we finally got our room it smelled very bad, the room was near the road and was very noisy. We decided that we don’t want to stay whole booking, and would like to leave the next day, and shared our concerns with reception. At reception they called for a manager and the attitude become even worse. First, they insist that we didn’t book directly and the rates we have are are lower then they offer on their website. The rates were absolutely the same, but we preferred the payment method at another website. So we contacted the contractor (Ctrip) we made the booking with, and they said to resolve with the hotel on site, hotel needs to cancel from their end. The manager was very rude during our conversation, and said if I don’t like the hotel, I can pick my things and get out right now. When I said I will record her attitude she threatened me that she will report me to a police for making her photo and publishing it, and that she will sure everyone that I am the problem. So instead of dealing with the problem or at least speaking politely, she was threatening and rude. That’s all you need to know about the level of service there.
