Super helpful receptionist who dealt with a minor air-conditioning issue so quickly and with professionalism and friendliness. A nice, comfortable stay while I stopped a night in the city while flying to Europe. Will definitely check in again - thank you!

Book at your own risk! A total 360 degree difference from what u saw on agoda or trip platform... The moment i alight via grab.. Its looks so dangerous and inconvenient place. The room was so dirty and u wont even wants to stay there any minute or seconds. Quickly find a place to stay even its at midnight 12 am plus! Especially ladies! Please DO NOT BOOK! Dont even deserve one stars for rating! WORST "hotel"

Royce Hotel gave a very bad experience for me even though I stayed for a night. They asked for RM100 deposit prior to key handover which is higher than the room price. When I entered the room that I booked, the smell was bad and once I took off my shoes, I felt the floor was sticky all over the room. I quickly had my shower so that I could leave that night for a walk outside and when I was showering, there was a cockroach lingering around the bathroom. That explains how poorly maintained the facility was. It was full with cockroaches since downstairs, there is a restaurant serving food. I left the next morning early because I couldn't hold on to their bad service.

Stayed 5 nights in August 2023. I found the " reception " incredibly aggressive, young men who resented being in reception, were arrogant and rude. An example when I pointed out my water or coffee had not been replaced for two days it was suggested I go down the road and buy it. Maybe there was a clash between my fair appearance and there appearance. It is not as if they were overworked, lounging in the reception area. The room was actually ok, quiet as I was down a side street. Despite kuala Lumpur being an international city, the TV had 8 that unwatchable channels . Good luck if you try this hotel .
