This place has an excellent location, being conveniently close to the Sao Bento train station for easy travel. Moreover, it is within walking distance of numerous attractions, making it convenient to explore the nearby places on foot. The cleaning staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the host of this accommodation is exceptionally helpful and goes the extra mile to assist us with any needs or concerns during our stay.

The location is good as it is near Sao Bento Station. There are two famous nata restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. It's a convenient location. Instead, it's near the station, so cars drive late and there's a bit of noise, but it's lessened if you close the windows. The building is classic, but the interior is new, so it has a clean, modern feel and the elevator is also good. I also liked that there was plenty of toilet paper and kitchen towels provided. The cleaning condition was good, but there were some minor inconveniences. There were marks where the iron had been used incorrectly by the previous person, or there were so many scratches on the frying pan that only one large pot could be used. There is a place where the outlet part protrudes. Still, I just tolerated it so I didn't ask for an exchange. I was in a duplex and it was fun because there was a casual area upstairs. It was difficult to communicate in English, but overall I was satisfied with the wooden floor, spaciousness and cleanliness.
