The rooms are clean, which is most important to me. The clean up during the stay is so mediocre. I just put the trash can in the middle of the room when it was time to empty it. Walls, doors and furniture already have a few dents, but everything okay. When you take a shower, the water can spread around, but if you're careful, it's works. The breakfast is a bit monotonous with one type of cheese and one type of sausage. For the price, everything is completely fine. We also found the surroundings ok. There are a lot of colorful people living here, but that's no reason to feel uncomfortable. We didn't see any scary figures and we often came back around 10-11 in the evening, when it was already dark. All in one it was a good decision to stay here

Our stay here was very good for the price we payed. A friendly lady at the reception, clean rooms and a great shower. The breakfast was not great, very basic and horrible coffee, but all necessities were there and the croissants were good. Check in and check out went very smoothly.

Bad experience.....no heating system... Good for paid parking for € 10/ night and day. Limited parking capacity..advance booking recommended.

I stayed for 2 nights with family .The room heaters weren’t working and despite complaining they weren’t fixed and we were told during checkout that it’s April hence all heaters are switched off. Additional duvets were provided for children then when I pursued the matter further.It’s weird as it was a rainy and cold weather and people still had winter jackets on. The staff can be more polite and helpful especially in night shifts.When we checked in there was a function happening at the venue and the single person at reception couldn’t focus on other guests in time. We stayed at better properties at similar or lower price and hence felt a bit let down. The good part was a basic, decent breakfast and a decent location with a nice football ground view from the room.
