Very old resort. Very dated. And the parking garage is tricky, got locked inside one day because gates were down. Do not book Jeremy's place, T1. It is tiny and dirty. Allegedly 4 people can sleep there. We only had 3, and didn't have anywhere to put our luggage. Most of our stuff we left in the car and the suitcase we did bring in, we had to keep it on top of the dining table. Also, they ask for money in cash after you book. Shady. And the "air conditioning" is in the living room, it doesn't reach into the sleeping area, so we all had to sleep in the living room.

BEWARE!!! AVOID!!! THIEVES!!! TERRIBLE!!! My friends and I had a very terrible experience staying here for Cannes. First someone came into our apartment and stole our laptop, Ipad and clipper!! The apartment told us casually that there was nothing they would do about it, worse of all they said they didn't have cctv for a place that massive to see who, when and how our items were stolen. To make things worse, the holding deposit which was supposed to be refunded in my account was deducted by €100. When I called the manager, she said nothing was deducted as we didn't have any issues in with accommodation. I called my bank and the confirmed the money was deducted. I sent the email from my bank with my bank statement back to the apartment and till now they've said nothing. They only care about taking your money and nothing else, the rooms were dirty, the walk to the accommodation is very stressful as its high up on hill! Definitely my worst experience travelling to France!! *I DO NOT RECCOMEND*!! #UPDATE!! After series of emails, the balance of my deposit has now been refunded. No words about our stolen items still.

The staff were lovely, and the hotel is fantastic. The kitchenette is a brilliant addition and the staff have sushi and pizza menus if you want to order in. The pool is lovely and relaxing. There is a coach from Nice airport which is on time, air conditioned and runs every 30 mins. However you are rewarded with beautiful views. Generally this hotel has everything you need in a calm, relaxed, quiet and beautiful setting.

We had to upgrade our room, because the first room was really tiny with no view. After upgrading our room had see view and was bigger. Rooms are not really clean and everything is old. Pool had nice view. The restaurant at the hotel wasn't good at all. We went two times and both times really disappointing. And the staff at restaurant is unfriendly. But altogether it is not bad place to stay with big family on budget. I personally would next time book different place.

The resort is old and worn- needs a serious update. The rooms are dirty, not cleaned (look under the beds), thank god we upgraded to a 1 bdrm as I would not have slept on that sofa bed. That furniture is very cheap and dirty/stained and should have been replaced years ago. It really upsets me that I am reading the same complaints from 2016,2018 but no action taken with management making statements that they want to make people’s experience pleasant. I feel your attitude is that if people keep coming there is no need to make any changes - Shame on you.
