Rubie Hotel

Enjoyed my stay at Rubie Hotel Location of the hotel is good with many food options nearby. The host is very friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is as comfortable as possible. When travelling, I am particular about the cleanliness of my accomodation and I am glad to say that Rubie hotel really delivered. Room was very clean! The dogs there are also super friendly and cute!

Uncle Jimmy is the owner of Rubie Hotel. Throughout my 2 week stay, he has been very welcoming and hospitable to me. He is eager to share his life experience with young people like me. But even if you are not a young person, he likes to chat with everyone too. If you are a working adult, he is happy to share about his life as an entrepreneur in Vietnam. He will not hesitate to lend a helping hand. There was one time where he helped me to book a van to Ba Den Mountain. He also gave me recommendations on where to eat and what coffee powder to buy as souvenir. His wife makes excellent ice coffee and hot coffee also, I miss her coffee very much!!! In terms of the hotel, the air conditioning is very cooling. I usually set it at 25 degree Celsius and it is comfortable enough for me. The door uses card lock so it is very safe. There is also an additional chain lock on the door. The bed is quite big, I think Queen size or King size. The bed can fit two people. The bed is just nice, not too hard and not too soft. The bed is clean. In fact, my room is cleaned everyday. I really appreciate how uncle Jimmy and his wife tidy up my bed and my toilet and my table. The WiFi works fine, can go YouTube. Although my room has no fridge, I can use the fridge in the lobby. Oh the toilet is clean also. No poo stains. No bad smells. When I run out of toilet paper and mineral water bottle, uncle Jimmy will replenish. There is shampoo and body wash also. Sufficient to last 2 weeks. In conclusion, I will definitely recommend rubie hotel to all the tourists, especially families who are seeking for safe living environment. Rubie Hotel is surrounded by Koreans and international schools and universities. Singaporeans are welcomed to stay here too since they have common conversation topics with uncle Jimmy. Fun fact: there are 4 dogs living in the hotel. The white dog behaves like an obedient princess, very quiet. The 3 black dogs can be active at times, like they will lick my legs and bark loudly but they don't bite me.
