- Checked in at midnight because super tired. Their parking space is limited, maxed of 4 cars and they had me park by their driveway. The receptionist woke me up at 7am the next day, apologize and asked me to move my car a little to give way for people who parked before me. Yet they're the ones who led me to park there. They were extremely polite but still it is a hassle for hotel guests. I paid for my stay to get a nice sleep only to be woken up in the middle of it. They should have told me to give a bit of space for bikes to pass through so they wouldn't have me move my car back and forth. - Don't expect too much of their packed breakfast. I felt like it was back 2020 with pandemic food. Should have just ordered on Grab 😒😒 - Comfort room is 8/10 - Good AC though - Nearby place was partying all morning. With loud music and a person yelling through a mic nonstop. - Never going back, can get a night's stay at a better hotel of the same price (₱1,300 midnight offer w/ breakfast) with better parking space and food.

Comfortable room and comfy bed (AC system so cold) I saw the room is clean but (killed a roach not a good sign) Great location access to food convenience store, pharmacies and public transpo is just a walk away Good wifi connection Hotel staff friendly, courteous immediate response to emails (Accomodation is quite impressive) Hotel limited parking space No refigerator, microwave, slippers, no cable connection (local channel) etc. despite being advertise online My concern it's quite noisy i could hear the other hotel guest and slamming of doors and sudden bang sounds Overall Rubin hotel provides great service, comfortable room, hotel is located in a convenient location and provide all guest free drinking water which is great ATTENTION! Update your booking room details online Hotel amenities details listed advertise online were not available in the room!

Very nice location Easy to go everywhere.Freezing aircon. Some rice and scramble eggs and nesscoffee in the morning . 5 minutes walking to fuente circle clean rooms quiet No bussy elevator I will come back here for a long cheap vacation in the midle of hundreds of medical hospitals and clinics
