My wife and I stayed at this wonderful place for three months. The staff in one of the best there could be. They were very accommodating and helpful with whatever needs we had to manage our daily lives. The cleaning staff is the best. The whole building was amazingly clean at all times. The staff was very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. The location is very close to downtown with having the worries of the downtown population. The Ruby Suites parking lot is gated and we felt that our vehicle was safe and secure in the lot. You even had your own designated parking spot. You knew the staff was there to make your stay pleasant and feel like the place was your home. We will be back and soon and would enjoy visiting our old friends, the staff at Ruby Suites, again.

Sheryl and the entire staff are fantastic! We started out with a three months lease and ended up staying two and a half years! Ruby Suites will always feel like home.

Our company has been using Ruby Suites since the fall of 2022 for an extended stay for our executives. Sheryl and Jennifer have been a joy to work with and have been nothing but accommodating for our group. Those staying there always felt safe and had nothing but great things to say about their stay. Having Ruby Suites to use during this time period has been the most comfortable way to have staff be accommodated while working away from the home office. I would highly recommend Ruby Suites to anyone that needs an extended rental while in the Spokane area!

Our second summer at RS and we hope to be residing here every summer. The location is awesome, walk thru riverfront park and downtown often. Close to 4 great golf courses and lots of restaurants. Safe and quiet. Rooftop deck and fitness center. Mail service, cable tv, housekeeping all included in a very reasonable monthly rent. Oh, and use of the pool at ruby river hotel
