Had breakfast with a guest we know here. Small and nice buffet for breakfast with muesli, cereal, fruit, vegetables, cheese and cold cuts, eggs (boiled and scrambled), bacon, sausages and mini patties. Also had a high chair for our toddler and friendly personnel

I give this 3 stars to reflect the rating of the hotel. There is nothing wrong with it. But I booked under the 4 star expectations and afraid it does not provide a 4 star set of facilities. But it is a great 3 star hotel and very good value for that level of hotel.

Not a great experience. The staff could friendly and helpful if it suited them. However I wouldn’t recommend the hotel as to say it’s an inconvenience and stress to stay there. The room was clean and modern but there wasn’t enough space to open a suitcase in the room. The bathroom was open in the middle of room so you have to close the curtain so no one outside can see you washing or using the toilet. Despite stating I needed to be out on Saturday at 7:30am they don’t allow check out until 8am meaning I had a stressful journey getting to the airport. Never stayed in a hotel that keeps you prisoner in their hotel until now. Parking was €12 which was a rip off to day the least. After navigating very small narrow roads to the hotel the parking situation was a joke. The worst part though is getting ripped off. I was there on business so there shouldn’t have been a tourist tax but this was still added to the bill. On Hotels.com the breakfast was included. I was charged €7.50 for 3 breakfasts despite having only 2 and €3.50 for coffee each day despite not being a coffee drinker. I won’t ever recommend this place as they’re liars, cheats and thieves. Avoid.

Modern, in excellent location. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking is a challenge . I recommend you take one of their parking spaces in their garage. Its tricky to get out however a staff member would drive the car out for you. If you enjoy a nice walk or run around the Rhine River- you are right at the banks, and you will reach a nature preserve after 20 mins jogging.
