One of the reception staff was friendly and helpful, but the other two next to useless. We stayed four nights and I asked for our room to be cleaned 3 times and each time was a different excuse - you have to leave the hanging card out ( every other hotel in the world this means do not disturb but here it means clean my room!) even when I specifically asked reception to make sure my room is cleaned nothing happened. I asked for a duvet for our 3-year old kids cot. Nothing. In the end, I had to go routing around other rooms to find what I needed. I was prepared to leave it be, but then the receptionist asked us to pay for some instant coffee and for making an omelette out of the eggs in our “free” breakfast (which is very bland and boring, btw). After no cleaning service for 4 nights, I finally complained to the owner whom happened to be swanning around with his Apple Watch and Gucci kit, whilst pleading ignorance and calling his house cleaning staff to see if we were lying. Awful hotelier, takes no responsibility for his poor service. I paid the money and left. Hope you enjoy the review and your extra 70 TL. Avoid this “hotel” there are better places to stay. And avoid Booking.con. I’m sure most of the good reviews are fakes! ;)

Do not stay here. In summary: Poor service, rude staff, noisy rooms, low quality food, poorly maintained facilities, dirty. When I arrived, my room window was broken and the room was freezing, I was changed to a room with 2 single beds that could be joined together as the bedside table was bolted to the wall. To turn off the LED lamp I had to disconnect it from the 24V power supply as I could not find a switch. The shower leaked and we the bathroom floor. The shower head was rusty. The toothbrush glass was filthy. Rooms were only cleaned once during my 9 day stay. Staff sent me to a laundry place that did not exist and offered no help to help me find another one. Staff was very rude when my friend came to my room momentarily to pick up a bag and demanded I paid extra money. Road traffic is very loud in the rooms as the windows do a poor job in soundproofing. I checked out early after 4 days and got no refund.

The staff are ok But the reception who is in the morning he’s really so rude even when i asked For help or do something he never said please Or thanks sir and the way how he speak it’s not polite Even we asked him to open room door because we forgot key inside , instead sending someone with us he told me go open the room and bring me the key back , we are really shocked all hotels for good service they always sending somebody they trying to make them clients more relaxed more good enjoy them staying in the hotels . another day which today I asked him to extend two nights more , He trying to cheat me , and give me high price And he was so rude he said go to booking.com if you want cheap price . !!! And the door bathroom Is broken. and noisy room because windows are not Soundproof and we are on the highway.. barely slept at night , I don’t recommend it to anyone never I wouldn’t even think to go there again ever
