The location was perfect. Access to visit the old and new Istanbul; good transport links, restaurants, cocktail bars, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff were extra caring during our stay, from carrying our luggage, tourist advice, taxi bookings and local directions, which is very helpful when you don't speak Turkish. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, with all facilities we needed (a good hairdryer and an iron on request). Having the rooftop restaurant and bar was convenient for lunch, snacks and cocktails, with excellent Turkish wines, a chef's menu and an exceptional view of Istanbul over the sea. In particular, Ali and Tolga on reception were kind, helpful and fun to have as our hosts; and the restaurant & bar staff were lovely. Recommend and will definitely book this hotel again.

We arrived after midnight and the staff were super helpful and even offered to order food for us. The room was exceptionally spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is not free but the mini bar is open for guests to use! Very fast WiFi but TV is a bit useless as we were unable to watch any content on there. They have a good gym and a tiny narrow pool. Overall we had a great stay and they offered good prices for the room.

The air conditioning was broken for 3 nights, making our room unbearably hot, and we couldn't open the window due to extremely loud street noise at night. Additionally, the towels provided were dirty. We also booked a New Years celebration dinner at the rooftop restaurant and we charged for several drinks that we did not order.

The rooms are well designed, spacious and very thought through. The bed feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Nespresso machine, Netflix and Co for a cozy lay in. I wish there was more storage space but definitely enough for a few days. The whole hotel feels very cozy and welcoming. The bar area with the fire place makes you want to sit there forever. The location of the hotel is perfect! In the heart of Taksim but still away from the noisy main street. Lots of cafes and restaurant around and the metro is a very short walk away. Will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends.

Amazing location , close to the underground, many restaurants and bar, shops , touristic attractions. I loved the style of the hotel and the room. The bathroom is spacious , the team is really helpful. There is a little gym if you like .The restaurant and bar on the 6th floor has a beautiful view , the food is amazing and the service is great. I would definitely recommend it it you are visiting Istanbul.
