Good location and very nice decorated rooms. I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I wasn’t happy with the customer service. The message that we received from the property when we made the booking was stating that we need to call them 30 minutes before our arrival. We did so.. but no one answered the phones. Then we decided to go to the reception to pick up the keys from there which is in another building and 10 minutes away from the building where we we stayed. When we arrived there the woman at the reception said that she was busy with other customers and hasn’t able to answer the phones. Even if she has been picked up the phone to us, we would need to go to the reception anyway to pick up the keys by ourselves because this is how things work. I wish we have been told this before our arrival to make the check in process smoother.

Beautiful river view, paid $133 cdn per night. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Full kitchen, friendly reception. Safe and close to downtown. This is steal.

One of the best accommodation we had in Portugal. Perfect location in the centre, fully equipped apartment, spacy balcony with nice river view. Next time I will choose the same!
