A really good place, the staff is welcoming, the ramen is simply excellent, the discrete music is perfect. We came here twice and loved it.

This soup has a bonito fragrance and not oily or heavy vs the usual tonkotsu soup base. The chicken slice is also surprisingly tender 👍🏻🍜

I received the special ramen. When you leave the Iidabashi West Exit and walk up Kagurazaka for about 2 minutes, you will see a large moving ramen object on your left. Address: 1F Porta Kagurazaka, 2-6-1 Kagurazaka, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo As soon as I entered the store, I bought a meal ticket for special ramen, chashu rice bowl, and gyoza from the ticket vending machine on the left, took a seat at the counter, and handed it to the clerk. There are only counter seats. It's only been a year since we moved, so the store is still clean. It looks like the person who seems to be the manager is doing the cooking all by himself. About 5 minutes after sitting down, the chashu rice bowl came out first, followed by the gyoza. After a while, the special ramen arrived. It's a beautiful arrangement. The noodles are also arranged one by one. It's so beautifully arranged that it's almost a shame to eat it. The soup is soy sauce-based, and is a very delicious soup that blends chicken and pork animal soup with Japanese-style soup stock made from dried sardines and shavings. The char siu was thin but very large so it was filling, and the chicken char siu had a thick, firm texture and was delicious. The wontons have a Japanese-style flavor with a hint of yuzu, and you won't get tired of eating the tora noodles halfway through the meal.

Order special soy sauce ramen (1200 yen) The soup is a combination of dried sardines and whole chicken stock, and carefully selected aged soy sauce.The noodles are straight, thin noodles made from 100% domestic Haruyokoi wheat, which go down smoothly and go well with the soup. On top of the noodles were two cloud noodles, two types of char siu, a long Chinese bamboo shoot, and half a boiled egg. The cloud noodles were meaty and filling, but were surprisingly light and didn't interfere with the soup. The chicken chashu is juicy, and the aroma of yuzu and pepper wafts through your nose. Two types of pork shoulder loin char siu are served in a bowl, the thick char siu with a chewy texture is juicy, and the char siu cooked at a low temperature is soft and tastes like prosciutto. The Chinese bamboo is soft but retains just the right amount of crunch, and the boiled egg has been cooked just right, making it half-cooked. Overall, it was a very well-balanced and delicious dish. On the other hand, what caught my attention when I first visited the store was the staff behind the counter who were chatting fluently while making items in the kitchen without wearing a mask. When I came to the store around 4:30 pm, there was only one customer. The peak number of customers had passed and it felt like a mid-day break, so it was understandable that they were running out of time. However, what would it be like to make a bowl of ramen without wearing a mask and chatting with others in the kitchen? If you're going to put this much effort into a cup, you want it to be delicious in both taste and atmosphere. I would like to try the mazesoba next time. Thank you for the treat. Worship

I personally don't like seafood ramen, so I've been debating whether or not to go here... However, I'm kind of curious...! Come on in! And then I received the simple ramen, which still had a seafood flavor... hmm? ! delicious! ! ! It has a seafood flavor, but also an animal flavor! ! The meat on top is also delicious! ! The white meat in the front has a refreshing taste, and the big meat in the back is chewy! This is the first time I've had ramen that I was able to finish while drinking the soup even though I don't like seafood (*´ω`人)~♬ Thank you for the meal!
