Fantastic stay! Prime location, a decent gym, and clean rooms with a delightful surprise snack. On-site restaurant options were superb, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable visit! Something to keep in mind is to take advantage and use up the amenities you are paging for. This is a higher-end hotel, with the rooms including things like slippers and bathrobes, a wine and beer hour, water bottles, etc., but you are paying for it as it's included in a $35 amenity fee.

I stay at a lot of Kimptons, and thus, staff was one of the rudest I've come across. Not valet, or restaurant staff, reception staff. I am a travel agent who books (now booked as I won't recommend any longer) this brand if hotel. We were put in a small noisy room to begin with. We were fine as it was only one night. We were coming back later on for 3 nights and requested a higher floor, we were told it shouldn't be a problem. Well, we were given the same floor, and there was a fight club going on, and we could hear everything so loud. often, and there was a discrepancy with what I was being charged and was told matter of fact that it would not change. It was very disappointing because I loved this hotel, but it was not worth the hassle of reception. And if I'm being totally transparent not worth what they charged....

I have stayed at another Kimpton before and was rather excited to stay at this newer one. This hotel was great! We came for a family vacation, we picked this hotel because it is conveniently located and came very highly recommended. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The valet guys were always so friendly and accommodating with water and umbrellas and on suggestions on where to go. It was very accessible to walk to Main Street with many restaurants, bars, classy boutiques, book stores, anything one could want . Would recommend!
