I've always had the best experience in this hotel. The ambience is wow ,everything feels so serane, customer service management at top notch.. The rooms are so spacious ,comfy and clean all the time, WiFi available. Another thing that will always make me wish to come back more here , is the food ,The chefs really do a great job.Salute! I have interacted with their staffs and they all so friendly , Collins ,Aidah(both of them) Catherine ,Fred and Sam making you feel at home. big ups y'all..😊

Really horrible customer service. The persons at the front desk were preoccupied and failed to get the payment made on checking in but forced to come back to pay (policy). They have zero trust and while thr hotel was not busy, super strick on check out - five minutes warrants a call

Great,secured hotel which is located at a very convenient place.Loved the fact that they had a foot washing tub for ablution and a designated fully equipped prayer room for the Muslims. Keep it up with the excellent customer service and great personality from Collins at the restaurant.

I would really like to thank Robert from the reception who ended up with my reservation and decorated our room as I wanted.thumbs up for your great customer service.the rooms were clean and comfortable but need to improve on the channels in the Tv. Breakfast was just awesome and thanks to Simon for his service and his interaction to .looking forward to back again .
