The nicest budget hotel so far, rooms with balconies are spacious ans there is plenty of parking space available. It's a quiet hotel where you will get plenty of sleep. I particularly liked open plan reception and swimming pool area.

We booked Family room and we are very happy to choose this hotel. Room is spacious with pool view. Its come with 1 double bed & 2 single beds that perfectly fit for 4 adults.

This hotel is in the quieter end of Pattaya, the North end is definitely more reserved. The room had dropped by 50% when we asked making this hotel extremely affordable. Beds were comfortable, blackout curtains on the windows, and quiet. Breakfast is 200THB per adult and 100THB for children. Breakfast is good, for Western food they have 2 breakfast cereals, toast and croissants and frenxh toast. Normal Thai breakfast, egg station and fruit and yoghurt. There are 2 pools, one surrounded by the buildings and one outside in the sun. There is seating around the pool/cout yard, which has a very relaxing vibe. Walking distance to the beach. WiFi was not great, I just used 5G on my phone as it kept dropping out.

Amazing there are 2 swimming pools. Very relax at swimmingpool area. Very nice litle garden with orchids flower. But towel for swimming very old, torn and smell. Room is okay but need lighter at makeup table. Staffs are very friendly and all smiling but not including the guy check breakfast coupon. Breakfast is so so not speacial. Location great near Terminal 21. Walk to beach 100m. Massage. Food... arround.
