This hotel is falsely advertised as 4 stars on websites such as Booking. Rooms are not properly isolated: we heard a lot of noise and worried about insects or reptiles coming in through the big cracks between doors and windows. The bathroom is half open, directly connected with your neighbors, so you hear everything they do on the toilet. At one point the water that came out of the shower was brown because they had problems with the pipes. There was a lot of sawdust lying around the “resort” and the room, meaning it most likely has termites. Regarding the location, I wouldn’t suggest leaving the boulevard. All the other roads are sandy paths.

Fantastic stay here, the rooms were beautiful and clean and the whole setting was amazing. The staff were super helpful, especially when we had an ant infestation (our fault for leaving out chocolate) which they handled and sorted expertly within 30 minutes.

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The bed linen used is of extremely high quality and made for a very nice sleep. The resort isn't super close to the main strip of Gili T which is good. The "Jali" resort next door does amazing food.
