The staff made this place. They work around the clock, and I don’t know if they ever go home. They all work very hard! They were really helpful in getting our laundry done. Helping move us from room to room when we needed extra days. The pools is on the colder side for my liking but overall clean and refreshing. The rooms are very standard but clean. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and felt the springs the first night but they were so kind and put a mattress topper and that made the world of a difference. The location is up a very steep hill and most taxis won’t take you. They have a shuttle that goes to the beach at 9,10,11,2,4 utilize it, it is helpful.

This was terrible place to stay. Staff is rude and lazy. I ordered the all inclusive package and I’m not sure what was included at all and the staff didn’t know either. Every time I ordered food it was a compete inconvenience to them and they would hand me a bill every time and then argue with me when I said it was all inclusive. 8 had to continue to go the front for them to check the booking and then they would say fine and grab the bill away. The entire property has potential but obviously the owners have given up on and don’t put anything back into the property. I’d rather stay at a hostel that had decent bathrooms than that place. A shower shouldn’t take almost ten minutes to get hot. Booking has the place rated as a 4 star hotel but it is rated three stars on google and that is still a generous rating. Someone should by that place, fire the staff, and update it to this century. This place was just depressing.

Amazing place. Cozy, calm and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool which is a rare find for this price. Perfect value for a really affordable price. Cons - requires around 200 steep incline steps if you walk from the main street.

An amazing property with good amnesties and location. Very close to patong beach and most prominent places. The property is on a small hill with steep road branching out from main road but vehicles can drop and pick from it easily. Walking back to hotel is not advisable due to uphill road. While going its downhill and you can go to the market easily. Rooms were nice and clean with proper housekeeping. There is on desk staff at all times at reception which is nice. They can arrange vehicle and other services like massage, tours, etc.
