To reach the resort from Krabi International Airport, is a 45-minute drive to Klong Jirad Pier. From the pier, a public ferry takes about 2 hours to reach Tonsai Pier (Koh Phi Phi Don). After reaching Tonsai Pier, customers have to take approximately a 20-minute transfer by a long-tail boat to the resort in Leam Tong. There is a long-tail boat transfer service fee from/to Tonsai pier and the resort. Kindly contact the hotel directly for more details. . To reach the resort, a speedboat can be arranged from Phuket. Absolutely beautiful resort. It is a little difficult to get here but you can arrange transfer with the hotel directly. We took a speedboat from krabi directly to the resort. We upgraded to the one bedroom poolside villa and it was amazing! We had the pool completely to ourselves. The bathroom was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. The view was one of the best hotel views I’ve ever had. Monkeys came and visited us multiple times and tried to break into the room 🤣. The hotel also has an app to use with any needs. We had to get a golf cart ride up to our room which was a little rough but much better than walking up the mountain. The only complaint I had is that the restaurant prices were expensive. Over 100$ for 2 people to eat the dinner buffet. You can arrange for a private long tail boat rental with them as well.

Totally recommend staying here. Secluded and private resort unlike the massive hotels and resorts on the other side of island. The staff are so kind, respectful and attentive. I had to give 4 stars only to room because ours had an ant problem in the bathroom. They got into some of my wifes clothes and our suitcases. Pray they dont bite us later! That being said, the service and reasonable prices for food and drinks are totally worth it. Other resorts with this level of food quality would be double this.( See my review RE rip off at Sirocco in Bangkok- that place is 10x the price here yet 1/10 the food quality). My family n friends Must stay here if come back to phi phi!

You take a boat ride out to resort which is exciting and food for the eyes, as you pull up a magnificent spot awaits you with welcoming staff. The place has a real feel of seclusion. This place has all the building blocks to be the best, however one thing....one of the pools is totally ruined and needs immediate attention. Apart from this this place is heaven 🙌

Arriving on a boat and being pushed to the shore felt so cool and the resort looked lovely but it was all downhill after that. Our room was nice and one of the newly renovated ones but the sensors now turn everything off after 10 minutes so the air conditioning was off every time we got back to the room which isn't ideal after a day in the sun. We had lunch at the main buffet restaurant and had to go and find staff to get menus, take our order and I went off to get drinks because there was no one to serve us. Early on our stay it was clear that the staff had no direction and there wasn't enough of them, occupancy was clearly too high for the amount of staff and their level of service/training. We spoke to a manager about the poor lunch service and she asked if she could make up for it with an evening meal at the beach house and a bottle of fizz, we said we'd go as we had no other plans. We arrived there in the evening and were brought the bottle of fizz which hadn't even been chilled and was horrible, we asked for ice as we waited for starters which were calamari and soup. These took a while and when they came out the soup wasn't hot and the calamari was stone cold and really greasy, this was supposed to be an attempt to make up for lunch so was an epic fail and we asked for all the food to go back and for out order to be canceled because we didn't trust the food. We then went behind the hotel into the village for some food which was hot and tasty. Breakfast wasn't great though some staff made an attempt to serve us after the mess the night before, service was just so poor and lacking and the food wasn't great, this isn't a cheap hotel and with higher cost comes higher expectations which weren't met. We again spoke to another manager who came to find us but said we didn't have any trust with the food now and we're going to a nearby restaurant to eat, there wasn't much else she could offer as we were checking out the next day but she did give us a complimentary boat taxi back to Tonsai pier. The hotel and grounds look lovely and the fun pool was great but when you scratch below the surface the service elements and food were really poor bordering awful for a hotel priced like this and with its star rating, we definitely won't stay at any other Saii hotel after this experience.
