I I lived in the villa almost 1.5 months. The villa has everything you need. My room had a water heater, air conditioner. Shared kitchen with everything you need, as well as a living room. Vila is located in a quiet place, peacocks are constantly walking, you can see monkeys. The owner is very friendly, always helpful. I recommend this place)

Sajee Villa is a great villa located about 1km from the beach, which is an cheap Tuk Tuk ride. We liked the location as it’s more quiet than anything off the main road and very good value for the price. Our group of 6 people rented the 3 rooms with AC upstairs and were comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom but there is no hot water which is common in Sri Lanka. The host is very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Very pleasant place for you to stay. Yes, located about 1km away from the Colombo Road. But the place is decent enough for the price you pay. The rooms are quite good, got a nice kitchen with all equipment. Bathrooms have hot water facilities.

Super ruhig, super privat, super Küche mit allem Duzm und Dran, liebevoller Eigner und Alles ist glänzend sauber, Aircondition, superbequeme Matratze, BBQ im Garten...kurz gesagt: Der perfekte Aufenthalt. fantastic place to stay, quiet, lots of nature, great balcony views...everything is brand new...bed and pillows sooo comfy...great aircon and shower. The use of a fully equipped kitchen, with kettle and fridge and cooker and all untensils. Lounge and dining room you can use a comfortable space. It has a garden with a great bbq you can use. Overall a great place to stay. not far from the beach and all amenities.
