I've been going to the store for a month and a half, and I usually go to the store where I work alone and the local store, but I occasionally use various stores when I'm traveling, going to the hospital, returning from play, etc. As I entered my 40s and my body began to change, I became concerned about the cellulite around my lower abdomen, thighs, and buttocks, so I booked a trial appointment after posting about it on Instagram. I took a trial lesson about 10 years ago, but due to financial issues, I gave up, but this time I was determined to join, so I took the lesson with great enthusiasm. Although there were initial costs such as clothes and mats, I decided to take the plunge because it included 3 months of free lessons. I signed a one-year contract and am glad I joined. First of all, the staff here is especially refreshing, bright and pleasant to talk to (^-^) It's more geared toward beginners, as it gives advice on poses and ways to spend your time at home that will keep you motivated even after three months. Many of the customers who come here are relatively calm. Occasionally, there are small groups of mentally overachievers and people who don't have good manners, but perhaps because there are many urban people, it's easy to go by yourself, it's about 2 minutes from the station, and the machine is 50m south. I chose this location because it also offers Pilates and has convenient transportation. We also have yoga mat rentals, stocked mats, and rental towel sets. Some things are expensive, but you can save money on the way home from work. Also, I think having good hygiene is a big factor. It's a class that is easy for even yoga visitors to attend, so I paid a reasonable amount of money each month for hygiene and customer safety, and now I'm satisfied and enjoy going there. Sometimes I wish they sold mini shampoos. If you are new to yoga like me, this store is especially recommended. Many of the teachers seem to be improving themselves, which makes the lessons fun. Sometimes when I go there during the daytime on a weekday, the madams are mostly flexible people, but even though I'm a stiff person, I can still do my best, lol. It's hard to invest in yourself, so I'm going to enjoy it for a year. I'm going back to Osaka in the spring, so I'm even more excited about the fact that I'll be able to go there a lot. All the staff are very friendly, so I enjoy coming here. Even if you have no sense of exercise, you can rest assured that you will receive careful follow-up. lol I get sweaty every time, but my body and mind are refreshed and it feels good. I decided on a trial plan for 3 months, but I'm so addicted to it that I think it would have been a good idea to continue it for a year.
