Accommodation near Iriya Station The surroundings are quiet and the atmosphere is good. There is a minimart not far from the accommodation. Inside the room is clean. There is complete personal equipment. The room is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and separated. The owner of the accommodation is very attentive. There is a chance to come back and stay again.

Very nice hotel, we stayed 5 people and the accommodation was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped with noisy neighbors one night. Good walk to the different stations, and there were good things to see in the area. Would recommend staying here, good place in Tokyo without too much city noise, yet good accessibility to areas such as Shibuya and others.

· Stayed at room 303 Pros- This hotel is budget friendly. Close to train stations - hibiya line and Yamanote line Close to Ueno and Akasusa Shower / bath water pressure is wonderful Sent plenty of towels AC / heat works great Service response was very timely · Cons- Paper thin walls Towards the end of our stay, there was a baby next door. You can hear the baby crying and the parents fighting. No elevator so you have to walk your suitcases up. There is only one microwave located on the first floor. We stayed for 15 days and they only cleaned / replaced bedding twice. If they could provide a broom or small vacuum that would help with keeping the place clean. We have a few girls with long hair. The futon bed on the lower level is awful. Very very uncomfortable. Had back pain for days. I hope they will replace it. There were 4 beds, 3 upstairs and one downstairs. A small coffee table upstairs. There is no other furniture so we can’t have a meal together comfortably. This place is a bit too small for 5.
