Stayed one night during a weekend trip to USJ with a friend in the Japanese/Western style room (101). Overall I recommend and would stay again, but note there are stairs and no bedroom doors. FYI: - self check in/out. If you book directly from their site you will do the payment and check in/out process via LINE. I used elementary Japanese and Google translate, but I think they can handle English as well. - unit 101 is two floors. There are no doors for the "bedroom"s. One is a loft attached to the other bedroom, which is accessed via the stairs. They have low ceilings - we could stand in the center area of the bedroom and could not stand in the loft. Pros: - Location is quite convenient for a USJ trip, also nearby a large grocery store - clean and comfortable unit, beds were comfortable - kitchenette available, I didn't use - Washing machine available (including detergent), I didn't use - well stocked - cute decor - quiet neighborhood - professional staff (though only talked via LINE), well documented check in/out instructions and directions to the place. - things in the unit are labeled with English and Chinese. Cons (potential): - stairs are quite narrow/steep, could be difficult to manage with a suitcase - there aren't doors to the bedroom to block sound if you were hoping for some people to be up while others are sleeping - to get to the loft you need to go through the other "bedroom"
