Great hotel. We only stayed for one night but totally enjoyed it. Nice and helpful staff, great rooms, big bathroom and a nice view. Whenever we stay in Dong Hoi again, we would come back to this hotel.

Rooms were very spacious, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the common grounds (lobby, on the floors in front of the lifts) smell of cigarettes and a few cigarette buds were visible inside... The person at the reception didn't really speak English so communication was a bit hard. The communication with the other staff member was easier. In the evening we asked for a taxi at 5:00 in the morning to the train station and when we came down at 4:56 for check-out, the guy was sleeping behind the reception and the taxi was apparently not ordered... When we gave him the room card, he went to the 10th floor to check if everything was OK with the room, came down, made a call after I asked again for the taxi (5:02), which then arrived at 5:09... So it was good that we calculated everything with a bit of additional time.
