I spent 1week at Samahita over Christmas and really enjoyed my experience there. Daily meditation, breath practices, yoga, massages, infrared sauna and float therapy were all great. I came away feeling fully relaxed and reset. The food was all healthy and delicious. The staff here are all lovely and the massages the best I have had anywhere. Samahita has a really magical feel and I will hopefully be back.

A place to recharge your batteries! Paul who owns and manage this unique yoga retreat inspires, motivates and energize the participants for healthy living. The place is clean, charming and the employees service oriented and professional. Sessions with meditation, yoga and fitness are all really good. Great atmosphere and a beautiful unspoilt beach with calm clear water for a swim.

really loved my stay here. the food is amazing, the yoga is "the real deal", the staff is amazingly accomodating and care to your every need. samahita makes a point of living up to their values and you feel that the staff is happy (and the dogs are, too). if you're not part of a set retreat, people come and go every day and the vibe changes with that - in general it's choose your own adventure - there is lot's on offer and it's your choice if you do hourlong breathwork or hit a bar in the evening. 100% rec. anyways!
