Very very amazing place to stay. I really enjoyed it. Also I liked the staff, they are very kind and treat us with kindness 🙏🏻🙏🏻♥️. I asked them to allow me to leave my luggages, and they welcomed! Also I asked them to allow me to pray in any place in the hotel, they had not hesitate to allowed me. 🙌🏻🙌🏻♥️

Good choice 4 one night stay. Great location one block from lake & bus stop 2 station (#4). No A/C. Elevator. Small shower (slippery, ask 4 rubber mat). Breakfast ok; not great. Check-in Alessandro awesome guy w great English. Location is great 4 old town. Room size ok but I had large double bed; comfort ok. But I’d stay here again; fair quality:price. Don’t expect much & you’ll be satisfied. It’s clean, in good repair, elevator, easy checkIn w great staff & excellent price.

The hotel has a great location — very close to the main square, right along the main pedestrian street, a block away from the bus and the water, and easy walking distance from pretty much anywhere you could want to go! I could even see a bit of Lake Lugano from my room! The staff were always welcoming, helpful, and kind, even when I arrived at 10:30pm. The room looked like it could use a little bit of love, but I was comfortable throughout my stay. If you like to sleep in, it does get a bit loud in the morning, but that’s the trade off for the location. Overall great value for the price.
