Very good location and the room was perfect for our demands. The area is quiet and gives good vibes, we had everything in walking distance. Can reccommend for people who only go home to sleep!

There is nothing called Luxury here. There is not even a lift. We had to carry our heavy luggages up to 2nd floor. Terrible. Do not get fooled by the photos in booking.com& other sites. I would have given minus rating if that was possible. Horrible place..

Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices or nice photos!! This place is no luxury or leisure. Nothing but a scam!! Thank god my husband accidentally booked us the wrong month for our stay cause I wouldn’t have stayed even if they paid us to. When we arrived there, the man working at the desk told us we had no reservation (this was our fault due to my husband booking July rather than June). We asked if they had any rooms available but they didn’t, so we asked if we can just change the date to a later date. The man called his manager and the manager instantly said no because they are fully booked. The place was only 3 rooms and a tiny hallway. Nothing like the photos!! Anyways we left and found a much nicer and cleaner hotel for just a few more dollars than this place. We later emailed the manager of the hotel and asked for a refund explaining the situation. We acknowledged the fact we booked the wrong date and that since they were not even letting us rebook to a different date, if we can just get our money back. The manager responded with “NO REFUNDS, YOU MUST PAY” all with caps and no email etiquette. Anyways, there was nothing we can do at the time so we just gave up. That same day my husband gets an email from expedia saying the hotel have tried twice to pull the payment from his credit card. Luckily my husbands credit card was expired so they weren’t able to pull it but the fact that they had tried multiple times days after was a complete shock! Very illegal to do this when our reservations were in July and they attempted to pull the payment a month before! Stay away at all costs!!

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR NEARBY! PARK IN GARAGE! The nearesr garage hotel rold us is not open at night, please find some othera nearby, we parked at Via Aurelia at 10 am which is about 200 meters away, when we returned at 1pm, it was like this, the backside is opened, it ruins our trip. Never put luggages in the car. The hotel itself is nice place with smart lock, good price and quality, one star less because of neighboring.
