Unhygienic bathrooms. Mold and limescale in the showers and pretty much everywhere in the bathroom. Room itself needed some TLC. Mold in the mini fridge, couldn't use it. Unsafe slippery floors, hurt myself twice. Owner complained I left too much rubbish, which was a few pizza boxes and some plastic bottles after drinks, but provided no bins other than the one small bin in the room. The only good thing about this accommodation is the view and the location. Other than that would stay away from this, not worth the money. Has left a bitter taste for Airbnb in Italy for me.

Great location, close to everything(Train, bus, restaurants). The host Marina was very helpful. The room is big, clean, attached bathroom with toiletries. Fyi, this place is not hotel, so don’t expect to have someone in the lobby to greet you. It’s a apartment with 4rooms. Make sure to communicate to the host when you arrive to help you get in and help you with everything you need to know.

The advertised airco was missing, to sleep with an open window was nearly impossible because of the very noisy street downstairs. After two days we could switch to a room with an airco that hardly worked. (We had temperatures around 30°C) Every day during daytime behind our back, the electricity was switched of, so no airco att all and a hot room and warm fridge on our return in the evenings. Broken shower, broken window, missing towels, used toilet without flushing. The host was usually not around and we had to adapt our schedule to meet her when it was convinient for her.

Location is excellent and the people running the place were very nice. We had some issues with our room through no real fault of anyone (lost power for a short time which caused a few issues) but everything was rectified quickly. The balcony was nice with an excellent view and had a small table with two chairs but unfortunately the doors leading to it were unable to be locked (broken) leaving the room unsecured due to some other rooms being able to access it via a part of the roof.
