The main problem was the rude receptionist, which made me feel very uncomfortable and left a lasting negative impression throughout my stay. The female receptionist in question was working on Monday 4 December at Midday. I confronted her about her rudeness and she didn't take it seriously and instead argued with me. I kindly asked for her name so I could make a more formal complaint and she wouldn't give it to me! Making a guests feel comfortable and at ease is a priority for even the cheapest hotels, and this place did not provide me with this. I plan to visit Chiang Mai many times in the future for work and tourism and will never stay here again. Other negative points aside from the above include: Hot water doesn't work properly, had to shave with cold water on occasion and the shower's temperature is inconsistent and fluctuates between hot and cold. General stuff regarding the room: the bathroom sink is in the bedroom and the room is very small, but I got the room on a discount so I don't mind. Positive things: The room is very well decorated, has very comfortable beds, and feels very clean and well maintained. Also, the downstairs reception and coffee area is very nice and relaxing to sit. I can see that that hotel made great effort in the aesthetics of the hotel. However, simple customer service was lacking (as mentioned at the start).

I'm in love this place, rooms are very neat, clean, modern and sleek. They have cafe opens until 3pm and drinks and food (fruits, cookies, banana cake, Thai deserts) are complimentary for costumers. Staff is so lovely. booked the stay only one night and ended up extended for 4 nights. Highly recommend.

New hotel around old city, room design nicely and they provide some snack , instant noodle 24 hours as well as unlimited water in fridge every floor which you can take out or drink for free !
