Guys be careful here, the owner is a crook. The apartment and the location are great but if anything goes wrong the owner makes absolutely no effort to sort it out. I specifically required an elevator and internet for my stay of which neither were working. The owner lied to me for my entire stay, didn’t fix either of them and refused to budge on restitution. Also lied about a good rate if I stayed again. Do not trust the owner.

The apartment is an awesome place to spend some holiday time. I like the following aspects about the place; 1. Views - the views are breathtaking. The sea is a few meters while the table mountain and Robern Island are all in good view 2. Clean - the apartment is very clean and well maintained 3. Furniture - the apartment is well finished with very comfortable furniture 4. Personal service - the owner of the flat is a phone call away and he was always willing to assist in making our stay comfortable 5. There is a supermarket which is 5 minutes away from the apartment which made it easy to stock up on groceries 6. The Beach is just 50 meters away from the apartment and this was very convenient 7. The whole neighborhood has a running track which I felt very useful since I am a fitness freak I would return to this apartment again and again and my family liked it
