Sand Beach Apartments

Never before have I found such a fully equipped apartment. Hence this extensive review. Even though we've already told so many people about it. It started off great when requesting information. There was a quick response to Google's chat function and further agreements were made by email and WhatsApp. Everything went very smoothly. This is a house on the 1st floor that is divided into two apartments, an office and laundry room. We stayed in the apartment at the back/side, without a balcony. Was only for 3 nights so balcony was not our priority. The small-scale residential complex is located right on the popular sandy beach Bačvice. You just have to cross the street. The apartment with balcony has a view of the beach. From our apartment we looked diagonally at the beach. Prior to our stay, we were concerned about the noise from the many busy bars and nightclubs on the beach. However, with the windows closed it is not noticeable. Windows can easily remain closed as there is well-functioning air conditioning in both the living/dining room and the bedroom. Location is perfect, easy to reach by car and/or taxi, private parking available, less than 20 minutes walk along the harbor to the historic center of Split. Apartment itself was very clean and well furnished. We were pleasantly surprised with what we found. I have never rented an apartment so fully equipped. Literally everything has been thought of. You don't need to bring anything except your own clothes. Towels, bath towels, shower gel, cotton swabs, hand soap, even some sanitary towels were provided. For a day at the beach there were beach towels, parasols and even beach toys for our children. We felt like we were entering a hotel when we were welcomed by the friendly hostess who showed us everything and asked us if we needed an iron. We brought clothes for a wedding. On beautifully made beds we found very professionally folded towels with chocolates on the top. There were sweets and children's chocolate for the children. The refrigerator was stocked with a bottle of good wine, mineral water, juice and beer. The kitchen is not large but very complete. We even found a blender and cling film. To fry an egg you don't have to buy a whole bottle of oil and a jar of salt, salt, pepper, oil, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee, everything is there. In the hall I saw a high chair, baby bed and mattress. Even some umbrellas could be used. The sofa bed in the living room was prepared for our children, but we also slept there and it was fine, just like a normal bed. In addition to two large smart TVs, there were also English books for reading enthusiasts. You couldn't get lost there either, because a map of the city and some information leaflets and booklets were also ready for us. Pen, paper, even needle and thread were present.
