We spent one night at Desert Rose Camp and its owner Samer was a wonderful host. He put us in a tent close to the main dining area and away from strong gusts of wind. He made sure we were comfortable and fed us well. As you would expect there is sand everywhere but the rooms are surprisingly clean. Expect limited electricity and water since you are in the middle of the desert. The views from the camp are incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

I live in Jordan and I’ve lost track of the number of times I’ve been to Wadi Rum. I’ve visited and stayed at a bunch of camps. Desert Rose takes the cake in several departments but the standouts are: • The reddest sand in all of Wadi Rum especially during golden hour. It doesn’t get better than here, I promise. • The food! I’ve had better meals here than in fancy restaurants in Amman (no exaggeration) let alone the other camps in Rum. Of course there’s more than just that. The hospitality of the owner is unprecedented, and he always has some great stories to share. The rooms are clean and the staff super friendly (dog friendly too unlike the other camps that do bad bad things to dogs). Lastly, his prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend enough.

The camp is located in a very good position, the tents are nice and the food is amazing. In the evening you can enjoy a tea around the fire with the other guests of the camp. It was a great experience
