This hotel is a saving grace. Not going to say more. The staff is helpful even though we walked in around 11pm at night. The hotel is also located in the middle of a great commercial area with lots of shops selling food, laundry and other needs.

Took long time for the Aircond to make the room cold, the floor looks dirty, the lobby is normal, outside looks good. At midnight outside motor very noisy illegal racing, room not soundproof can hear everything outside.

Bad stupid hotel ever…. One room only have one light which looks like haunted room. Pictures in Agoda all looks very nice tidy and clean but when you reach the hotel is totally 100% different with the pictures which shows in Agoda which will let you feels that you have been cheated 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The receptionist very bad service, he decide to playing game rather than service customer. There was some chocolate biscuit under the bed that leave by the previous customer and they haven't clean the room before we check in. The bed sheet and blanket are yellowish and seem like very dirty, we feel disgusting to use it. The mattress is very thin, we can feel the bedstead when we lie down. The bedstead is not stable, it was shaking when we are sleeping. The air con is not cold, we feel hot even the air con functions a few hour ago. Overall, it was the worst 3-star hotel I use before.
