I spent 2 hours driving around the beach areas looking for an ocean view room under 750K, and this was the only one I found. It's modern, has a pool, and the huge rooms get a steady ocean breeze and the sound of the surf 24/7. There are heaps of beach clubs, restaurants, bars and coffee shops within 3 min walking, and many more in An Bang Beach just 3 min by motorbike. TIPS: Room numbers ending in 01, 02 and 03 have ocean views. Book direct for the lowest price (worth the effort, and they accept credit cards). The beach areas start closing at 9PM, so either eat & drink before then or go to the Old Town.

This is my second time staying here. Great value for money. While the rooms are a bit dated you cant get anything better for the location. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Recommended!

If you are in Hoi An for the beach and a nice quiet stay. This is the place. Very plesant and attentive staff. Helps with anything. My very best recomondations.

I stayed here for 3 nights in Hoi An. I loved the style of the room, simple white walls and tile floor with dark accents. The room was big, the view was fantastic. You can hear the ocean even though the hotel is across the street. Easy access to the beach and loungers with an auntie that will bring you drinks and food. Popular spot for kite surfing. Quiet street with little traffic, but close to everything you would want. This hotel was just about perfect. The breakfast was good western food with pancakes and scrambled eggs. I loved that there was a drinking water dispenser available in the lobby. We didn't borrow the bikes nor swim in the little pool, but I loved those amenities were available. This hotel is small, and has everything needed. It is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An.

We just finished our week-long stay there and we are really delighted. The owner of the hotel is a really nice and funny, honest man who was very pleasant to talk to. The entire staff was also very nice and warm, making our mornings pleasant for conversation. The hotel is superbly located - all day and night you can hear the sound of the waves of the sea, which is located just a few meters away. There are numerous pubs and massages around - quite good. As for the decor of the hotel - cool, simple, cozy. The hotel and rooms are clean, the rooms are cleaned daily. On the plus side, there have amazing breakfasts - I recommend them, especially the Vietnamese breakfast and delicious noodle soups. Every day different, every day more and more delicious. To sum up: if you're looking for a quiet and charming place, where the owner is a nice person who doesn't treat you as just another tourist, then you should definitely book a few days here - you'll feel the difference right away, you'll come back relaxed. Highly recommend!
