We had no idea of how to get to the Villa 1, lucky that we found a guy from a restaurant that called them to get us. A heavily pregnant lady showed up and offered help with our luggage but that was impossible! After around 2-3 hours we were told that we had to Leave the room because they gave us the wrong Villa. We had to rush and get to the next villa were we found rubbish from the people before and the shower wasn’t clean at all. Both villas were beautiful but the lack of customer service was a let down.

4 reasons to avoid, 1 reason to stay low accessibility, disappointing breakfast, bathroom for children and low care in the villa. and… we’ve never seen the host. never! he has not welcomed us nor even given us any instruction to reach the villa. after sms and calls at our arrival, he finally answered to our taxi driver, who was asking for directions. and he sent the cleaning lady to pick us downhill. nobody for bringing our luggage uphill (65 long steps rising the hill… pulling the luggage). The lady offered to take one of our luggage but she was pregnant… would you give your luggage to be pull uphills to a pregnant lady??!!) after a complain from my side about the expected level of service for a villa with that price, the host barely apologized, via sms. To the few requests of information about activities in the island he answered with telegraphic texts or attaching brochures. Basically ignoring phone calls and not calling back. Never offered help for booking or more infos. the one positive aspect was the heated whirlpool on the terrace, with a lateral view on the caldera and the sunset, very nice. even if there’s no privacy, with tourists passing by in any moment of the day, is a place where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view.

Amazing service from the host, great room and amazing views from rooftop hottub. We had a baby and accomodated to our every request. He bought a brand new microwave upon request just for us and even upgraded us into a better room (free!) after we checked out because our flight was late at night and original room was booked up. Amazing overall.

The most tragic experience ever, avoid at all cost Our experience was unfortunately the worst we have had ever in any hotel or appartment during over 100 rentals in 10 years. - our appartment stinked with rotten eggs over half of our stay. There were guys who tried to fix it but with little effect. - one of our showers was clogged. It took couple of days to unclog them. Even after that it was problematic to use shower because of flooding the whole bathroom. - we experienced a lottery on towels and bathrobes, first day there was 2 (we were 3) and after that we experienced a few times no bathrobes or no towels... - Guys trying to fix something visited us 11PM, we appreciate fast help but manager told us they would be 2 hours earlier... - we probably got sick and had stomach problems because of this stink - appartment has extremely high humidity so our clothes were all wet all day - ventilation is very poor, AC broke down during out stay - manager tried to help us but completely ignored our request on ending stay earlier and few requests for at least having discount, they offered us dinner instead - they use donkeys to get bags to the appartment which in our opinion is very bad nowadays These are probably not all things which were wrong. So I don't recommend this and other of theirs appartment at all. TRAGEDY
