My husband and I just checked out today. We already miss this place!! WOOW we stayed in the grand suite and it was seriously incredible. There were some days we didn’t even leave our balcony to explore because our view was absolutely breath taking we had our own private infinity pool overlooking the caldera with sunbeds and a big patio. Great breakfast every morning that was delivered to our balcony! The reception is super kind and helpful. Great central location. We also got couples massages at their spa which was awesome! When we first arrived they took a Polaroid photo of us and then as we left they gave us the Polaroid pic with a postcard for a nice memory! Super cute loved it . Amazing honeymoon !!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Where to start! Our stay here was the most romantic, mind blowing place that I have ever seen! Upon arrival of seeing the view, I cried for a solid hour as the beauty just completely took my breath away. We stayed in the Absolute Suite while there. The location, BEYOND PERFECT! The room was clean, and was big and spacious with glorious views all around! Pretty cool to sleep in a "cave". LOVED our patio with our private jacuzzi which we enjoyed after a long day of walking around the island in the heat and to celebrate as it was our anniversary. We especially enjoyed the perfect weather while taking in the glorious sunrises (which are equally spectacular to the sunsets) and exceptional views on our balcony along with a delicious breakfast and coffee each day. A perfect way to wake up! This ENTIRE hotel was the perfect spot for romance, renewing our wedding vows and a Five Star experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed by Salvation (I hope was her name, "Salvy") and Mario, who both were so super friendly and helpful. The complementary welcome polaroid photo and tour was so sweet to get acclimated. The staff really goes the extra mile on everything including making dinner reservations, lining up taxis for you, planning room service menus for breakfast in advance, etc We didn't lift a finger and was completely pampered during our stay which was FABULOUS after all the loong hours of travel to get there. Our trip was in celebration of our wedding anniversary to and renew our vows there on our spacious, balcony which was the perfect spot with the caldera view. I called ahead to find an Officiant who was the hotel manager, Stelios "Bill" who was so sweet and patient and did a super job. We also scheduled in advance a wedding photographer, Vassilis Lliadis, who turned out to also be the hotel's photographer. Vassilis ("Bill") also did a couples flying dress session with us before our wedding photo shoot and did a FABULOUS job! He was so patient, knew all the great, iconic spots and had so much knowledge about the island and each location. The quality of the photos were professional and top notch. We are so grateful for choosing Vassilis "Bill" and for his availability. Vassilis "Bill" also went above and beyond. Before our vow renewal, to my sweet surprise the staff again went above and beyond and took initiative to decorate our balcony for us with huge candles and rose petals scattered around at no extra charge. I was completely moved to tears by their gesture of thoughtfulness and attention to detail as I was so caught up in the beauty of the caldera view, I never even thought of any other decorations. I was just so touched. THANK YOU so much for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and hospitality. The staff here met every single one of our needs, some of which we didn't even know we would want or need yet they still delivered. We have nothing but love and gratitude to all! We wished we could've stayed more than our 3 days there to enjoy and relax (slow down to take it all in) our personal patio jacuzzi, our views from our room and hotel pool as this was definitely our FAVORITE hotel and FAVORITE place to stay in all of the 3 places we stayed (Mykonos and Athens also). I could go on and on ..... I wish I could remember more of the names of those we interacted with as the WHOLE staff made this once in a lifetime trip so memorable. I will NEVER forget my 5 year Anniversary because I spent it there with them and it was absolutely perfect. We will be back and we will try to get our same room again but stay longer. So if you are looking for an unforgettable experience with top notch service, Secrets Santorini is your place. It was an absolute dream and worth every penny!!!
