An overnight stay. Modern, comfortable and functional furnishings. Cleaning ok. There is everything you need. Punctual and super helpful reception service (I had forgotten a book after returning the keys). There is no lift and it is facing the railway, although the sound insulation is guaranteed by the good fixtures

Perfect stay. Soundproof room, completely absent external noises. Apartment complete with everything: dishwasher, iron and washing machine. For the rest, a beautiful apartment furnished in an essential and tasteful manner. Completely new! Alessandro, the guy who manages the apartments, really kind and helpful. I recommend it especially for long stays!

very nice apartment the flaw is that in the bathroom the drains send back the odors as I believe the building is very old and therefore even if the system is new the annoying inconvenience arises and precisely the stairs etc it seems like entering a banister house from the beginning of the century. The location in front of the Sant'Orsola station is strategic for those who want to travel by public transport but also noisy for those who are on holiday

Terrible, rude, rude, scammers and profiteers. I had a reservation with them, but due to covid 19 my work commitment in Bologna was cancelled, even though I explained the reasons and politely asked to cancel without penalty, the manager refused, saying that he was not obliged to do so, because the booking exceeds the deadline of the decree by two days; they take advantage of the situation to earn money for rooms that will not be occupied! They weren't even understanding after they were called by booking assistance! They were interested in scraping together a few euros instead of worrying about customer satisfaction, and after the call they rushed to charge the card given as guarantee! Well done, this is the right way to keep customers coming back!
