4 star hotel but 5 star service , the staff and front desk officer was very kind ,and helpful... Great breakfast 🥞, great lunch and delicious dinner .... The most value for your money is ,the room, very nicely set up, TV, bed, bathroom and rest hall....perfect

I stayed in the Sapphire Inn Hotel for 3 nights during my holiday in Baku. The hotel room is quite dated and old and dusty and could do with more cleaning. The breakfast was average. The location is a 10 to 15 minutes walk from Nizami Street, metro station and major sights. There is a bank and some supermarket/convenience shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special praise for Khazar and another young male hotel staff (cannot remember his name) who were both very helpful with directions to bank/ metro/ sim card shop and recommendations for eating, shopping and places to visit. Overall, pleasant stay and lovely interactions I had with the hotel staff made up for the old interior of the hotel. Hence, I would recommend the hotel for its excellent service crew👍🏻

My experience is not good with this Hotel. I would rate them 2 star hotel. The Hygiene level is poor. The AC is not cooling well. The breakfast was limited & cold. We couldn't sleep all night due to mosquetos as well. They took more than 12 hrs to add an extra bed, & more than 2 hrs to add a pelow. On the other hand the staff are friendly & welcoming, but it seems there is a shortage maybe. There is a grocery opposite the hotel door, which was helpfull. I stayed for 1 night only, but will not visit this hotel again.
