Good service, very clean, and a good area. The price was affordable, and the good thing about the hotel is really close to the subway and the more important is only 4 minutes walking far from the Airport bus shuttle, which is more convenient you don't need to be worry about how to ge to the airport quickly. Also if you don't like their second floor bar & cafe just go outside opposite of the main entrance there is a bar that opens until 2 am So you don't need to worry about how much to drink lol, you arrive quite safe and quick 😅 Also from the other side of the hotel or we can say the back door of the lobby you can find a convenient store. The most important things that i really like was the view you can sit opposite the window and enjoy the snowy weather which is breathtaking. I really recommend you can enjoy your vacation here in a clean continent environment.

Great size of room for family of 4. Even rooms for kids to roam. Across the street from a convenient store for breakfast and snacks. About 7 mins walk from street car and 10 mins from subway. Could be a bit of walk if you are pulling luggages and snow on the road. Has free shuttle to ski park.

Location - about 1 hour 15 min from airport by airport limo bus or train. short walking distance from both bus & train stops. Check in - fast due to many counters Service - super as japanese is well known for their hospitality Room - booked double room but got upgraded to superior triple room. Very spacious with nice view on highest floor. Has every amenties you need. Wifi is strong and stable. Bed is comfortable. Shower is hot and nice during winter. Comes with 2 complimentary bottles of wine. Breakfast - always liked japanese breakfast and hotel sure did not disappoint. Besides usual western, hotel serves extensive japanese variety (different fishes, fresh onigiri, miso soups). Very satisfying. Verdict - staying for 8 nights in 2nd toyku excel hotel and hotel certainly lives up to high expectations i have. Enjoyed the free breakfast and benfits that comes with Authority membership. I'll be back!

My recent hotel stay was quite the adventure. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a smell that could challenge even the strongest nose. And the reception staff. When I simply asked about the shuttle schedule to Sapporo station, an older lady staff member decided to give me a lecture on shuttle reservation in a rude way. But the real twist came on checkout day. I took the advice of a receptionist who told me to hang out in the lobby for the shuttle. Well, turns out the shuttle had other plans, and I missed it. Apparently, according to the older staff I was supposed to be a detective to track down the van. My stay was’t happy at all. Clearly, the hotel's heyday is ancient history. Maybe they'll step up their game and offer a smoother stay next time. Here's to hoping for less surprises and more comfort!
