The room is spacious - definitely a fair price and good location (close to St Louis BTS station) and the staff is very friendly! However, there needs to be some major work - the main elevator doesn't work (it broke down during the pandemic and never got fixed), so you have to use an old manual service elevator. The gym doesn't exist anymore - it turned into a storage area. The curtains have stains, the fridge was leaking and there were some sort of wilted/dead moths on the wall. Also the wifi wasn't working for me and there is an awful smell coming from the bathroom at random times. At the very least though, it's a safe and quiet area, the AC works and the towel and sheets seem clean - it's still a great value overall and the rooftop pool has a fantastic view.

The staff and apartments at this hotel are amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are excellent in size, and the beds are comfortable. I felt at home, specially because I could cook in the kitchen. The swimming pool was excellent as you could see the view of the city, which is excellent to see.

Poor service & very dirty. Thai places are usually at least swept and while things may not be super clean they are usually superficially cleaned. This place had dust and hair all over the floor. The bathtub was quite dirty. The water was brown (in all faucets) for the first several minutes. The sofa once white was a really gross brown. The counters were all stained (which is fine but they were covered with a lot of dust as well). Amazing layout and design of the rooms. Had a stove (but only minimal kitchenware- like 1 plate & two forks), washing machine, nice sized fridge. The pools was a great design but the water dirty and hazy. The gym looked ok. The sauna was broke. The internet only worked for about an hour in our three day stay and that was after several phone calls. The first call they answered, oh we will connect it... what it wasn't even connected?? Then when they finally told me that the password they gave me was wrong I was disappointed. Had to ask for water. Despite paying for a breakfast buffet there was not a buffet and they just fixed us a plate with two eggs, two small hotdogs, and two slices of tomato. When we asked if there was something for our toddler (he was included in the reservation) they said no but finally gave a piece of bread for him (don't worry we shared ours). Photos of the floor as we walked in & a small section of the towel I used to wipe the tub (a tub is a luxury in Thailand but not worth it if you have to clean it your self). I asked for a child's bed or crib and it was not provided. Also the room for three bit only had two towels and a hand towel. We would not stay again although it could be an amazing place as the layout is great.
