Typical Thai apartments in a very quiet neighborhood. Certainly not the newest place in town, but perfectly alright. There’s a restaurant on site and a cafe/bar next door. Views from the rooftop and pool are awesome. It’s the biggest building in the area and you can marvel at Siloms skyline. BTS surasak is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute motorsai. Wat don park cemetery is a 10 minute walk, Southern Hindu temple wat khaek is a 15 minute walk.

Booked the Grand executive room, it was a horrible experience for me and my partner we did not sleep well at all , the Bed had no blanket , just bed cover like curtain we didn't sleep well at all very cold through the night, the room also has full of weed smells, toilet door is broken, old air conditioning very loud . And there was no hair dryer, no bin , no tissues.

Short to say, as other reviews say "you get what you pay for" - Location Even though it's in the central location of Bangkok it's pretty quite and clean area, nearby cemetery is also well kept and doesn't make and bad influence to the view from the windows. Keep in mind that the BTS station Is 10 minutes away - Indoor The facilities are functional, of course the "selling feature" - Pool is there and clean and pleasant to use, but it's not deep and small but enough to have 4 - 5 people at once. The hallways and kitchen and other places are fine, but due to that furniture is mostly old they tend to have some dust on them sometimes. Generally it gives and impression of a cosy country house in the good way - The staff Polite and friendly, helps if you need something. Cleaning staff never interrupted neither my peace nor my sleep in the mornings. - Kitchen The food prices are low but expect medium quality, edible and looking fine, though I don't think it could satisfy a gourmet. Most of the time the restaurant area is empty so they make your order quickly if you want to eat. Summing up If you ignore the price I would give 4 stars, stars, but the price/quality rate equalizes it. So 5 stars
