The room is clean, but has NO WINDOW. There is no info in the Agoda app about this and also no pictures. I've been trying to contact the management to get a different room for two days now (or maybe a week, I don't know, if you have no window you lose your sense of time in like 17 minutes), but there is nobody at the front desk (maybe like ever?) and nobody reads the messages. It's the room with star ceiling (small phosphorescent stars over the bed, which is nice, but it only works, because there is NO WINDOW). Most drivers have troubles to find this place, for 1430 THB a night you get towels and two waters a day, shampoo and shower gel come in the dispensors. If you want WiFi password, you need to go hunting for some staff to share it with you. But don't wait too long, they all disappear after an hour after your arrival and never show up again. No matter how long you stay. 1/10 – The receptionist was nice when we arrived. Haven't seen her since. Tl;dr – Ask for a room with window before you arrive. Unless you can create your own sunshine. *laughs hysterically*

Wi-Fi speed good, room no window, top up 100 baht to get window, most taxi driver don't know the location, near Robinson and amenity, easy access to asiatique and iconsiam by boat, long Q at piers from asiatique and iconsiam ,during evening time, no toothbrush provided, room clean and spacious. No lift. Only one access card
