We stayed in the suite for 5 nights. Rooms were very spacious with modern amenities. Balcony, 2 Toilets, hot tub, shower room, closet, 2 TVs. Indoor pool was nice. Outdoor pool was excellent, spa was very good. Staff friendly and professional. Restaurants good and room service very good. Walking distance from the Medina. A door in the hotel led straight into adjacent Menara Mall. Very good all round experience.

5-7 minutes from the airport right next to a shopping mall. About 10 mins cab ride away from the square. Perfect location. Absolutely amazing staff. Beautiful building rooms indoor and outdoor pools. Personal preference but I would of liked the outdoor pool to be a bit warmer. It was freezing. But that's just me.

Lovely rooms and great hospitality. Plenty of food options in and around the hotel to choose from and the staff make a lot of effort to make your stay enjoyable. Location was perfect if you’re looking around the city - nothing took longer than a 15-20 min taxi ride.

THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL NOT 5 hotel was ok, for the price we paid it was not worth the money. comparing to malaysia and singapore you get alot more for your money. breakfast was ok, no beans, fresh OJ was the highlight and the fresh pancakes. also very very busy, couldnt find a seat for 3 days, had to sit outside as everyone comes at 9am as it closes at 10am the worst part of the hotel were the housekeeping, we felt like they were going though our things so we put everything in thee safe in the room. they were always on their phones, they took 2 hours to clean the room when they said come back in 15 minutes. made us very uneasy. very lazy housekeeping staff, so unprofessional. rest of the staff around the hotel were great. i must say the gym was excellent, state of the art equipment, just a shame they didnt offer towels to guests using the gym being a 5 star hotel
