This hotel doesn’t have average hotel things. First off we had no comforter or blanket on the bed, only a thin sheet. We searched the room and found nothing. We reached out to the hotel staff and was informed they couldn’t find anything either to ask the maid the next day! We never received anything extra as far as bedding. The pillows are terrible and flat. The bedding definitely needs an upgrade. The hot water is hot for about 2-5 minutes. When we inquired they told us the hot water heater is 100 liters for the entire hotel! I couldn’t wash my body then my hair without the water being extremely cold! We took ice cold showers everyday. May as well have done a polar plunge! For me this is not anything I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. This hotel really needs to look into upgrading the pillows, getting a few blankets or comforters and upgrading to a tankless or larger hot water heater. I mentioned all of this to the gentleman at checkout and all I got was a sorry and a shoulder shrug, he didn’t seem to care at all. This hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location. Other than the gentleman that checked us out the staff was extremely nice and kind. The room service breakfast was decent and a nice touch. This hotel has amazing potential but needs to reevaluate the hot water issue and the bedding. Or if you can deal with only a thin sheet and freezing cold water for a shower or just to wash your face, then go ahead and stay here.

A fine hotel on the main strip of the old town. Clean and neat, but nothing remarkable. You are mostly paying for the location, not so much the amenities. The bed was comfortable, but the shower in the bathroom does not drain.

We had a really lovely stay here. Nice staff, great location and lovely breakfast brought up to your room. We stayed in the balcony room and it had a super pretty view. Small terrace to actually sit on but the views make up for it!
