The only service I experienced was the check in which was smooth and easy. However, the room was not great. The handle from the bathroom came off completely form both sides and we could close or open it. There weren't any bags in the trash can and the shower was moldy. Location is very good, but not great. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was not up to the regular Finnish standards. Maybe this is because we took the early one at 05:00. No good bread, no porridge, cold coffe, no eggs.

Nothing special. A workable overnight stop. Clean. Well priced but not what one imagines a hotel room might offer. Certainly, nothing for a romantic night. Information about the shuttle to the hotel from the airport was nonexistent.

Clean minimalistic rooms, not fancy but a good value. Impressive that they recycle nearly everything and also monitor food waste. Kudos to the management.

Odd place. Some staff were ok, and others were so unwelcoming that it was a little surprising. Buffet dinner was really bad with no options and food was getting filled up so slowly. Breakfast was also pretty bland and tasted like it recycled from the day before. Had much higher expectations. Rooms are fine and clean, but the food and front staff bring this place down a lot.
