Our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and striking. The view over Oslo is outstanding. Our room was lovely, very comfortable and great shower. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, there was literally nothing else we could think that they could offer. The evening meal was also lovely, the waiters were very friendly and the food was great. Overall we cannot rate this hotel enough!

We had our Christmas-do here for the second year in a row. Fantastic location, decent rooms, but what really made our stay fantastic was the most genuine, likeable, service-minded and funny waiter that I have experienced in my whole life. Sadly I cannot remember his name, but he is Portuguese, soon to retire (sadly), and he comes highly recommended. If any staff reads this review, please give him my regards (from the team at Key Account), and please ensure to give him the credit he deserves! PS! Cleaning and general service are definitely two areas that need improvement (as other reviews have mentioned).

Beautiful hotel with an amazing panorama of Oslo. Great service. A company event at the highest level and then an afterparty in the bar. Special thanks to the bartender Peter for his cocktails!!

Someone recommended the hotel to us but we wouldn‘t recommend it for a stay. When we arrived we noticed that the parking isn‘t included for hotel guests so we had to pay around 15€ per day. When we checked in and went to the room we had to find out that there were no towels in the room and the fridge was missing. After we went to the reception they changed our room to next doors. We got towels and a fridge but there still was no bath mat which is inconvenient because you’re gonna flood the whole bathroom without one. Also the AC control panel didn’t work so we couldn’t change anything about the room temperature also in the bathroom. We stayed two nights and on the first evening we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. There’s not much variety in the main courses and it’s quite pricey compared to the quality you get. We had burgers with fries and the burgers were awful, especially the meat. The service was also disappointing. Nevertheless the view is awesome when you have a clear day and the breakfast buffet has a good variety. Overall we were pretty disappointed about the overall quality compared to the price for the stay and for the fact that the hotel has 4 stars.
