Great place at a great price! Only intended to stay one night in Moab, but because of the cool little town, proximity to two national parks, and the comfortable stay at Scenic View Inn—I booked an additional night. Hotel was very clean. Observed the staff sweeping/mopping the lobby regularly. Room was updated and clean as well. Bed was comfortable—and I’m picky. Only complaint is that the pillows were feather pillows which are pretty standard at most hotels I’ve stayed. I prefer something a bit more firm—however, that is just my personal preference. I give the complimentary breakfast a 10/10. I’m not a picky eater and I have no dietary restrictions so I thought there was a great variety and I left both mornings satisfied and ready to tackle the day. If I find myself in need of a hotel in Moab again, I would definitely return to Scenic View Inn.

Just visited last week for my honeymoon! The hotel is in a great location just on the edge of the city with great views. The staff was very friendly and offered good advice for restaurants and things to do, the complimentary breakfast they offered was probably the best out of any hotels I visited in the past. The beds were super comfy and the entire room was very clean, the only issue we had was the T.V was kind of annoying to figure out how to work, other than that, our stay was perfect and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

We stayed here while visiting national parks around Moab. The hotel seemed very nice, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was convenient. However when you get a closer look it's pretty dirty. Our room was not properly vacuumed, there was orange mold in the shower and some soap marks in the walls. Shelves were not dusted at all, neither were the table legs ( very noticeable when the sun shines in. I hope they will take better care of the rooms because this place sure has potential!

This hotel was not bad. We got quite an unfriendly welcome from the lady at the front desk but after that she seemed nice maybe we just caught her at a bad time. The rooms were ok and nice enough and the building was well insulated so you couldn't here lots of noise. The breakfast and coffee and drink facilities was a nice touch. We never used the outdoor pool/hot tub. The gym was good.
