Where do I begin… I really cannot speak more highly for this hotel. From the moment we were greeted by the staff (late at night and final check in for the day) we knew this would be a special stay. We met Ms Jennie the following day who is an absolute gem and certainly one of the biggest assets at this hotel! She helped us with everything and was so very kind and sweet just like the rest of the staff. Mr Nguyen the general manager was also fantastic and it was obvious that customer service and hospitality are the key drivers of this hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view over the rooftops of Old Hanoi. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the key places in Hanoi. The staff also helped us with organising activities (including the notorious train street which we were able to experience!) and we just had a wonderful time here thanks to the staff. If you are mulling over various hotels in this area then please let this review confirm how much Scent Premium is worth it! We will certainly be returning to Scent Premium upon our return to Hanoi - hopefully soon!

Booked room for price and location. Turned out to be the best decision. Every tourist attraction was within 30 min walk of the hotel. The staff was excellent. Helped us with coordinating our visit and went above & beyond. I would highly recommend staying here.

We (2) stayed for 3 nights at scent premium hotel. Great location in the middle of the old town with night market 5m walking and close to many historical sites. The personnel was great, special thanks to Sebastian for his recommendations. Breakfast was very good, with many options for a small hotel. Rooms were good, clean and good quality. As of December 2023, there is a construction next door that you can hear above floor 7-8 during most of the day, calm and quiet at night. Would highly recommend! Good price/quality ratio. - Location 5/5 - Service 5/5 - Rooms 4/5 (not counting the current temporary noise) - Breakfast 5/5

Scent Premium Hotel is perfect in all aspects. The location is central to everything, yet it’s away from the noise and crowd. The room is lavishly fitted and furnished to a high standard. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is amazingly delicious and nutritious with international dishes as well as popular local dishes. And last but not least, the staff is the most welcoming I have ever seen. We will be back for more in the future

Highly recommended. I genuinely don’t think I could have hoped for a better location hotel. The staff were great, the room was very clean. During our stay there was construction work going on right outside our room which couldn’t be helped by Scent Premium. But when we addressed this to the staff, it was managed impeccably. Breakfast was nice and staff running it were super helpful, even when we arrived after the prescribed hours. The only thing to improve, they had irons but no ironing boards. But we worked around this anyway. I would 100% stay again and would recommend to others.
