The advantages of this place: conveniently located, within walking distance from the center; close to the metro station if you need to travel. The windows of the apartment in which we lived overlooked a narrow street between tall buildings, so it was noisy almost around the clock. And the apartment turned out to be unkempt - dusty, VERY dusty in places, bed linen of questionable freshness, a vacuum cleaner with a broken brush. I have no desire to return to these apartments
