What a cozy and enjoyable stay! Staff was very kind and helpful from the get-go. Room was clean and was just like the photos. Air-conditioning was great in the room, though bathroom can get a bit hot as the AC isn't connected to it. Occasional bugs in between the stones of the shower, but we aren't too fussed. They make the bed and refresh towels everyday, but they don't clean/replace the sheets. There's a 150Kvnd/24hr bike rental which was a blast, and many tours to book through front desk. Great location, near lots of food; both western and local, as well as many beaches in front of the resort that you can relax on without having to pay. We never saw mosquitoes in the room, but even then, they have mosquito nets that surround the bed to protect from bugs at night which was lovely. There are occasional animals (dogs, chickens) that walk around the road up to the resort often, but they have never been aggressive and tend to shy away from you. Overall I recommend this place and thanks so much to staff for a great week in Phu Quoc!

Room was quite good but there was a vary bad smell in the outside bathroom and the fridge inside was pretty noisy. Location is good. Average pool. The door wobbled a bit and the swing just outside the room rattled and made noise in the wind. Wi-fi was nice.

This resort accommodated us at the last minute. The host was friendly and got not do enough to assist us. Great place to relax. A bit of a walk up a steep alley, not recommended for those with any walking issues. Very central to lots of great food. Phu Quoc shuttle bus was a plus to get around.

Worst and unpleasant experience. We were struggling to open the door every single time. The resort caretaker should learn about manners as he was entering into the rooms without our permissions and turning off the outdoor lights, keeping the whole area dark. Blaming us for the dirty ink bedsheets. Location is not strategic as its dark, hidden and slippery. We were dragging our luggages uphill as there is no access for vehicles on that road.
